Alcohol Blanc.

Late post! I have been busy working so didn't have a chance to post this yesterday. So, I am currently at my friend's house in Sydney quickly catching up on my posts.

It is O week; Orientation Week for the new university students, and it is generally known in the Illawarra that The Grand Hotels is the place to be on a Wednesday night. Uni night at the Grand with cheap drinks until 11pm and free pizza! So, it is convenient for uni students living on campus with the complimentary pizza from your friendly local hotel. Ideal, right?

Well, this years O week party was a white party, therefore, we had to wear white, result of my outfit. I wasn't too keen on wearing white due to the inevitable cause of multiple alcohol spillage. Fortunately, that did not happen, and my clothes remained ultimately alcohol-free. 

As you can see, my hair is ready for a make-over, so, I have booked my hair appointment for this Sunday! Although, I must say, the regrowth looks sick with braid at the back!

After a very busy week of working, today I got the chance to visit my friend who got back from Thailand yesterday. Thankfully todays weather is on the cooler side, so we've stayed inside to watch all the Star Wars movies followed by a night out to Oxford Street to watch and support a friends gig.

How long does it take you to get ready?

So I am a little eager to get ready for work tonight; began getting ready at say, 3:00, and I don't start till 10:30. But, it's a drawn out process of getting ready; I had to paint my nails (I have been trying to grow them for a few weeks now, it's difficult to keep them long as they often snap and weaken whilst at work, but they are the longest they have been ever, except for my pointer finger nails which did snap). I usually don't paint my nails as Hungry Jacks doesn't allow nail polish for food and hygiene reasons and pouring drinks at my other jobs often causes them to peel away which doesn't look very good. But, because they are growing and we have to dress up for work tonight I decided to paint them L'Oreal Purple Disturbia; I bought the nail polish for mum as a Christmas gift but I may have borrowed it back from her... :)

I haven't done my hair all week, it's been tucked away up in a messy bun and finally I have straightened it and made it look reasonable. So, now I am sitting here watching Star Wars III, I really do need to get all the Star Wars movies and watch them all, once and for all.

Well, UPDATE! Turns out I am starting work at 8:00! This is exciting, I always get ready so early on Saturday nights, it is what I do every Saturday afternoon is I don't have other commitments to attend to. So, shortly there will be a post of my outfit, as we have to dress "vintage" tonight as we have good Deep House DJ's playing at Glasshouse tonight, so hopefully it goes off! I will post shortly, talk to you soon!
